We are Prosper Development. We operate with the core belief that wellness should extend beyond one’s personal health, and also impact the environments in which healthcare is practiced.
We believe that the quality of the built environment can have a direct effect on both patients and practitioners, resulting in an overall better care experience. This is achieved through our partnership with practitioners, one that is built with a strong alignment of interests and efficiency, so that practitioners can focus on what they do best – caring for their patients and running a successful practice.
With these guiding principles, we use our experience in development, architecture, and construction to develop high-design and quality facilities that promote true wellness.
Who We Are
Founded by two practicing architects and real estate developers, Jared Moore & Chesley White, started Prosper to meet the demand for quality healthcare facilities in the rapidly growing communities of the Upstate. Our combined experience in development, architecture, construction and property marketing allows us to take a more holistic and efficient approach towards development.
Our Focus
We focus on the development of both stand along medical office buildings and mixed use developments that mix medical, retail and housing.
For our medical office users we primarily focus on Dentistry, Veterinary, and General Medicine (Ophthalmologists, Chiropractors, Pediatrics, General Wellness, etc.). We feel strongly that these are vital services for a community that will always have a need for a quality physical space to see patients.
Our work targets the suburban markets around the Upstate region of South Carolina. These markets are seeing tremendous growth due to migration, but they may not have an abundance of these necessary medical services in their market to meet the growing demand.
